When we created this site for friends of our dogs, we surveyed everyone about what type of post visibility they'd like (public, private, members-only), and there was clear consensus for members-only. This means that anyone can see the title and cover image for each post, but only registered members/subscribers can see the content of the posts and comments that people add to them.

When Nancy and George went missing, we changed the visibility to public, so anybody could see the posts, to make it easier to broadly spread awareness of the search.

After this post, we'll be changing visibility back to members-only. If you'd like to continue to see the posts or comment on them, you can click here to provide your name and email address, and then you'll be a member/subscriber going forward.

As a final piece of public new, FYI Nancy and George are on the way home from the vet and after X-rays and a thorough checkup they have a clean bill of health!
