Bring Nancy and George home!
Nancy and George have now been missing for over 48 hours. We've been search constantly, and many others have helped with the search, but there have no sightings since Sunday evening.
We have expanded the area being searched, and to help get as many people involved as possible we have increased the reward to $5000 for any information leading to their return home.
While Megan has been staying home (in cell coverage) for the last two days to coordinate communication and social media outreach, Isaac and I have been spending long hours searching for them, on roads and trails within a few miles of where they were last seen.
Isaac searching for Nancy and George today: squeezing under a downed tree on the Echo Gulch trail, waiting for me to clear a tree that fell across Knoby Park Road, and scanning the meadow at Vipond Park where he last saw them.
Isaac clearly knows that we're searching for them. He perks up and has a sense of urgency whenever we return to the area.
It's possible that Nancy and George made it to one of the homes tucked away in the wilderness near where they were seen, or to the nearest towns of Dewey or Wise River, and there is no cell coverage in that area, making it hard for people to contact us. We'll be putting up many of these updated posters tomorrow, and continuing the search as well. THANK YOU to the people who were helping with the search today. We love you all, and are deeply grateful.
